Dear Cec - So sorry.  Have angered entire village.  Apparently new friend is (was) in training to be village shaman.  Not supposed to talk to women.  Let alone have private English  lessons.  And lessons in private English Culture :) (oh look, an emoticon.  See how I pick up things from every time period) anyway...am sending this note ahead with above mentioned gentleman.  He may  have to come with.  Please set Interspacial-temprorial chronometer on looplump.   We may have to leave in a hurry.
